Roofing and Roof Repairs

• Complete re-roofing including the removal of existing roof coverings and battens.  Works to structural timbers and fitting of additional supports as required.  Fitting of new high perfromance membranes and battens.  Fitting of Velux windows and appropriate electrics as required.
• The fitting of slates, plain tiles and interlocking clay and concrete tiles as per customer requirements.
• The fitting of all lead flashings, soakers, aprons, saddles, back gutters, DPC, valley etc, assess as work proceeds for replacements for damaged and failed items.
• We also carry out repairs and rebuilds to firewalls and chimneys, including re-pointing, capping, complete removal and making good.  I am happy to visit your property to assess for repairs and fix leaks and loose tiles.
• We also carry out flat roofing including the stripping and reboarding with structural grade OSB.  Complete GRP (fibreglass) roofing systems including all GRP trims, upstands and flashings.
